Hey Guys!
We don't have much time to update today, we just made a quick trip to the town at the bottom of the hill (aka a huge mountain) - Tengeru. We hope to make it in to the city again on Saturday or Sunday to update you all on a lot, but we just wanted to say hey for now! Here are a few pictures of us and the cuties we are spending our time with! Michael is holding Abdiel, who loves to rub his head. I'm with Ema, and we're both with Alex, who is the sweetest kid ever. We're having a lot of fun and adjusting pretty quickly to the food and hole of a bathroom. I miss Ranch dressing and we both would love a diet pepsi though! We're also getting used to being called "Mzungu" which means "white person". All the kids shout it as you walk by so that you will turn and wave to them, and then they ask for "pepe" which means candy. We thought they were using "potty" language at first! Alright, we've got to go because we are almost out of time, but we'll be back this weekend!

Love,
Kasey

You both look like you are exactly where you should be - smiling and sharing your love and talents with children! Thank you so much for sending the pictures. I can't wait to see more - I wouldn't mind hearing your voices if you get a minute this weekend! All is well here - we miss you!

I was thinking, how do I post a picture of us on your site? Then you could show the kids...just kidding. Anyway, you guys look great. Hard to believe tomorrow is one week and seven more to go. It will be the 4th of July before you know it. Rest up. Take care.

The old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" rang true when we saw your smiling faces. It was so good to see the two of you and what a thrill to see the little ones. My heart breaks for them, but what a difference you can make in just a short time. You two are doing what most of us wish we could do; thanks for taking our places, and I can see your "footprints" already. Love you both. Take care and can't wait to hear more.

Awesome, memories for both of you, and the children. As you touch these children lives, may it not only make footprints on their hearts, but all who are following you on this journey...we love you both. Take care. Grandma and Papa
